Moms-Only Boot Camp

$129 Purchase required to enroll
30 minutes a day, 4 days a week for 4 weeks. Our moms-only boot camp combines the best of cardio, strength, core, and agility training to bring you a total body challenge.



Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

Live classes meet virtually 5:30-6:00am on Zoom.

Wednesday is Choice Day!

  • Run: The monthly workout calendar provides suggested walk/run workouts each week that will help build your stamina and endurance. If you need a progressions or regressions from the suggested runs, please let us know. We are happy to modify to your needs!
  • On Demand: We have suggested a FIT4MOM On Demand workout that will challenge your agility and strength.
  • Strides: If you are a monthly member, this is a great day to attend an in-person Stroller Strides class!
